Information about your organization is stored and treated confidentially. Information will only be shared with third parties if you have given explicit permission. We will work with you to ensure every candidate has a fair opportunity of getting an appointment and is diligently and clearly informed about the scope of the (interim) vacancy and the procedures related to it.

We take all due care in providing you with profiles of (interim) professionals. This data is only presented after we have spoken to the (interim) professional in person and they have given permission for us to submit their data for your consideration.

Professionals
Your personal information is stored and recorded confidentially. Providing your personal data to third parties shall only occur with your permission. Together with our clients we will ensure that you have a fair opportunity of getting an appointment and are diligently and clearly informed about the scope of the (interim) vacancy and the procedures related to it.

We take all possible care with job, project or temporary assignment submissions and informing you about the status of online vacancies. However, we are not responsible for the availability of any vacancy on the website listed.

GDPR compliance

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulation requires businesses to protect EU citizens’ personal data and privacy for transactions within EU member states. Mansource’s data collection channels, procedures and privacy policies are based on consent and fully in line with GDPR requirements.

Privacy Statement

Mansource is the sole user of the information collected on this website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not pass on this information to anyone unless we have your permission to do so.

We will use your information to communicate with potential employers/candidates and to respond to you on subjects for which you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request to us. You may opt out of any future communications by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on this website.

Man source’s privacy policy is compliant with the regulations laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). To guarantee the personal data of third parties is protected and handled with due care, a confidentiality clause, compliant with the terms and conditions of the AVG, applies.

All of the obligations related to data protection apply to third party data, such as that of customers and suppliers, whose personal data we also process. Employees are expected to have read and to be aware of the contents of the privacy statement (general privacy statement).

In addition, the ‘protocol datalek’ (Data Leak Protocol) applies within the organisation as of 1 October 2018. If personal data of employees or third parties is unlawfully processed, lost or if the protection of personal data is otherwise violated, the employer may be required to report this to the relevant Data Protection Authority within 72 hours.
