Civil Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor who can supervise and coordinate civil construction works on site and ensure activities are executed safely, according to specifications, and within planning and budget.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction and installation activities on site.
• Monitor that execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily on-site presence for iversight, alignment, and issue resolution.
• Support and guide civil contractors during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and HSE requirements on site.
• Investigate incidents and escalate when required.
• Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead or contribute to Construction Safety Peer Reviews.
• Evaluate the safety and performance of contractors and designers.
• Monitor and steer construction planning and progress.
• Facilitate clear communication between the project team, contractors, and client.
• Support close-out reviews and lessons learned sessions.

• Completed technical MBO or HBO education (civil or construction related preferred).
• Solid knowledge of civil construction works and site execution.
• Experience supervising medium to large construction projects.
• Proven on-site contractor coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of construction safety and HSE practices.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining overall project overview.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on, decisive, and solution-focused mindset.
• Available for on-site work.
