Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor who oversees daily construction activities on site, coordinates contractors, and ensures work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and installation activities on site.
• Lead and direct site contractors and construction teams.
• Ensure execution matches approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce construction safety standards and site safety procedures.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and initiate corrective actions where needed.
• Investigate, report, and escalate incidents and deviations.
• Manage and adjust construction planning and sequencing.
• Act as the main link between contractors, the project team, and client stakeholders.
• Report on progress, risks, delays, and technical issues.
• Support change management and scope adjustments within the project.
• Maintain clear site documentation and progress reporting.

• Completed technical MBO or HBO education (or equivalent).
• 3—5+ years of relevant experience as Supervisor or Engineer in construction projects.
• Experience with HVAC and/or Clean Room environments.
• Experience in pharma or highly regulated industrial environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and site supervision practices.
• Proven contractor coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
• Confident, decisive, and results-driven personality.
• Good command of English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
• Valid driver's license is a plus!
• Available for a full-time, on-site project.
