E&I Supervisor

We are looking for an E&I Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the safe and high-quality execution of all electrical and instrumentation activities during offshore substation construction.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee E&I installation, connection, and testing (cable trays, cables, and equipment).
• Manage and guide subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality, serving as the main point of contact for subcontractors.
• Organise and coordinate quality inspections for client acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and inspections when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, planning, and safety teams.
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve technical solutions and designs.

• Technical qualification at least at HBO-level (preferably electrical engineering or instrumentation).
• At least 5 years of experience in E&I coordination or subcontracting in marine, offshore, or energy sectors.
• Strong technical expertise to solve challenges pragmatically during construction.
• Solid knowledge of E&I processes, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and solution-driven with a flexible mindset.
