We are looking for an Instrument & Control Engineer to design, lead, and deliver safe and reliable instrumentation and control systems for complex offshore energy projects, ensuring compliance, performance, and seamless integration across disciplines.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead the instrumentation & control discipline scope across all project phases (concept, FEED, detailed design, construction support, commissioning).
- Select methods, procedures, and technical solutions in line with international codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Plan and deliver discipline activities within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Define and manage discipline resource requirements for assigned projects.
- Develop and review key deliverables such as control philosophies, instrument specifications, data sheets, I/O lists, hook-ups, and loop diagrams.
- Manage discipline interfaces with Process, Electrical, Safety, Marine, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure alignment with contractual requirements and internal engineering standards.
- Act as technical authority, principal engineer, or technical expert for assigned scopes.
- Capture and implement lessons learned, ensuring continuous improvement across projects.
- Support vendor reviews, package engineering, FAT/SAT activities, and site engineering when required.
Requirements Instrument & Control Engineer
- Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Automation, or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control engineering within the Oil & Gas or offshore industry.
- Strong knowledge of ICSS, DCS, PLC, ESD, and F&G systems.
- Solid understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing discipline scope, interfaces, and third-party coordination.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage engineering resources.
- Experience in detailed design and package engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability it work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to support site/yard activities when required.
