Are you a Quantity Surveyor with strong MEI experience in industrial projects? Can you manage complex construction quantities and high-value contract variations?

We are looking for a MEI Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity estimation, cost control, progress measurement, and contractual assessments for large-scale industrial construction projects.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Engineering disciplines to evaluate and calculate construction quantities.
- Prepare and manage BOQs/BOAQs and support subcontract tender documentation.
- Measure quantities from engineering inputs and maintain detailed quantity tracking sheets.
- Agree on measured quantities with subcontractors for interim and final payments.
- Support cost reporting, forecasting, and construction schedule inputs.
- Advise on contractual claims and dispute matters.
- Supervise installation/fabrication activities in fabrication shops where required.
- Monitor NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Provide monthly quantitative inputs for project control reporting.
Requirements MEI Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 10+ years of experience as a Construction Quantity Surveyor in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and construction methodologies.
- Experience working with FIDIC-based contracts.
- Proficiency in earned value management and project baselining.
- Strong understanding of cost forecasting and risk management.
- Experience analysing variations, change orders, compensation events, star rates, and day rates.
- Familiarity with site HSE procedures and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills (commercial and contractual reporting).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- RICS certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
