We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who connects construction and technical specialists to complex, project-driven assignments worldwide.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Mansource, you focus on project-based workforce solutions within construction, offshore, and technical site environments. You recruit professionals for project assignments. You work closely with other consultants to ensure reliable, compliant, and well-matched project staffing.

What you'll do

• Recruit and select construction and technical project professionals.
• Fill project roles such as supervisors, planners, HSE specialists, site support, and technical staff.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and specialised networks.
• Approach and engage site-based and project-based professionals.
• Guide candidates through international project placements.
• Work closely with consultants and operations teams.
• Build long-term relationships with project professionals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS/CRM system.
• Support workforce planning and project staffing strategies.
• Contribute to talent pool development for recurring project demand.

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and/or talent acquisition.
• MBO+/HBO level or equivalent working & thinking level.
• Affinity with construction, offshore, or technical project environments.
  • Experience with construction, technical, or site-based profiles is a strong plus!
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• Practical, hands-on, and structured.
• Relationship-driven and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving project environment.
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset. Language requirements:
  • English: professional level (required)
  • Dutch: working proficiency (required or strongly preferred)
