Profile Supervisor E&I
In this role, you will coordinate and supervise E&I activities on a large-scale petrochemical project in Antwerp. You will oversee contractors, monitor site progress, and ensure that all work is carried out safely and in line with quality and project requirements. Working closely with construction, mechanical, commissioning, and planning teams, you will play a key role in keeping complex site activities aligned and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise E&I activities during construction and commissioning.
- Supervise and coordinate E&I contractors and subcontractors in the field.
- Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate E&I activities with other disciplines and project teams.
- Ensure safe execution of all E&I work in accordance with HSE requirements.
Requirements Supervisor E&I
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an E&I Supervisor in a similar role within a refinery or petrochemical/chemical plant
- Extensive experience supervising E&I installation activities on large-scale industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing and commissioning
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills with a hands-on approach
