We are looking for a Technical Supervisor E&I to coordinate and oversee the safety, compliance, maintenance, and execution of electrical and instrumentation activities across vessels, yards, and technical sites.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation and compliance of LV/HV electrical installations and electrical work equipment across sites, yards, and vessels.
- Develop, implement, and maintain electrical safety policies, procedures, and access regulations in accordance with applicable legislation and standards.
- Organise and coordinate periodic inspections, audits, and safety risk analyses for installations and equipment.
- Supervise electrical work carried out by subcontractors and third parties, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
- Prepare and maintain technical procedures, isolation instructions, technical documentation, and as-built information.
- Coordinate with internal technical staff, vessel crews, and project teams, providing technical guidance and support where required.
- Prepare annual and long-term maintenance, improvement, and modification budgets for electrical systems and installations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the implementation of new technologies and safer working methods.
- Occasionally travel to offshore vessels, fabrication sites, workshops, and international locations to support operations.
Requirements Technical Supervisor E&I
- MBO degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or coordinating E&I role within an industrial environment.
- Experience in offshore, dredging, construction, shipbuilding, or heavy industrial environments is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, such as Arbowet, NEN 1010, NEN 3140 and NEN 3840.
- Nen 3140 / 3840 IV or WV certification (or willingness to obtain); STIPEL certification is a plus!
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills with a hands-on and safety-focused mindset.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad and offshore.
