We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor E&I to manage cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration for electrical and instrumentation systems. In this role, you will ensure the project stays on budget, on time and compliant with industry and safety standards.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all E&I scopes.
- Monitor budget allocation and deliver regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Lead tendering and vendor selection for critical E&I equipment and services.
- Track deliveries and inspect materials to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage variations and cost adjustments.
- Maintain transparent records of all contractual obligations and changes.
- Identify potential cost or schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear progress updates and cost forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify that all installations meet technical specifications, safety regulations, and sustainability targets.
- Liaise closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams to align timelines and deliverables.
Requirements Quantity Surveyor E&I
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years in quantity surveying for electrical & instrumentation on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of E&I systems, BOQ preparation and cost-control techniques.
- Proficient in contract management, procurement best practices and risk analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus!
