For one of our clients, a leading integrated solution provider specialising in the EPCIC of diverse offshore projects, we are looking for a Sr. Project Manager Structural.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Engineers, Planners, and subcontractors as the primary contact for clients
- Take on a leadership role in managing and directing large-scale construction projects (€30+ million) from conception to completion.
- Assume responsibility for budget, planning, and contract management, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and successfully.
- Demonstrate exceptional project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals.
Requirements Sr. Project Manager Structural
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical background.
- Experience in the construction of offshore platforms or similar heavy industry projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
