We are looking for a Construction Manager - Offshore Projects who can lead and oversee all yard construction activities, managing subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule to ensure the successful delivery of complex offshore platforms.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all onshore construction activities for offshore projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client during the construction phase.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and yard teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
- Oversee construction schedules, progress, and reporting.
- Lead by example to maintain a strong safety culture across all teams.
Vereisten Construction Manager - Offshore Projects
- HBO/WO degree in technical discipline (e.g., mechanical, civil, or marine engineering).
- Proven experience managing offshore platform or heavy industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining safety and compliance.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing (Dutch is a strong advantage).
