For one of our clients, a leading integrated solution provider specialising in the EPCIC of diverse offshore projects, we are looking for a Production Manager.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams for the successful delivery of large-scale EPCIC projects within the offshore energy sector.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, directing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring safety efficiency, and success.
- Showcase exceptional project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to mentor dynamic teams of professionals.
- Balance budget considerations with the need for quality and safety, demonstrating a strong understanding of cost control in production operations.
- Foster a culture of safety, training, and development within the production team, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
Vereisten Production Manager
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience preferably in the construction of offshore structures.
- Strong commitment to precision, quality, and safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
