We are looking for a Project Manager - Offshore Projects to lead complex EPCI offshore projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale EPCI offshore projects from concept to completion.
- Take responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client during project execution.
- Build, coordinate, and motivate a multidisciplinary project team.
- Oversee planning, progress, and risk management to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and installation.
Vereisten Project Manager - Offshore Projects
- HBO/WO degree in a technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing offshore or heavy industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
- Strong command of English, both verbally and in writing, Dutch is an advantage!
